We have several varieties that are comparable to apples that you already know and love. They are ready to pick at varying times throughout the summer and fall, so make sure you come visit several times to make the most of what we have available!

PristineThis is a great storage apple. It has yellow skin, often with a blush. Its flavor is somewhat tart, but is excellent for cooking or eating fresh. Pristine apples are medium/large.
Ripens in the summer. LibertyThis fruit is yellowish with some red, and a delicious sweet-tart taste. It's perfect for fresh-eating, cooking, canning, or keeping. We especially love making (pink!) applesauce with the Liberty apples!
Ripens in early September. EnterpriseThese apples are firm and crisp. They have a spicy aroma and mild tartness. They can sometimes keep up to 5-6 months if refrigerated.

Candy CrispThese are sweet and juicy. This large fruit is thought to be a descendant of Red Delicious. They have golden skin with a pink blush. Candy Crisp apples can keep up to four months.
Ripens early October. Gold RushThis fruit's flavor is tart and tangy and sweetens with age. It is excellent eaten fresh or baked in pies and crisps.
